A Refreshing Option for Healthier Air
Today’s newer homes are often tightly sealed for efficiency, but this can make the air stuffy. Also, allergens and contaminants can stay trapped inside. Healthy Climate® ventilation systems offer a simple and effective solution, replacing stale indoor air with fresher outdoor air.
Better than an Open Window
Opening a window can make your air feel less stuffy, but this isn’t practical during the hotter and colder months of the year, plus it invites pollen and other allergens into your home. A Healthy Climate® ventilation system offers a better way to enjoy fresh air.
You Control the Comfort
With a Healthy Climate® ventilation system, you can easily adjust the amount of fresh air entering your home using simple, intuitive controls.
Freshens Without Producing Ozone
Unlike some indoor air quality systems on the market, Healthy Climate® ventilation systems freshen the air without producing ozone, a toxic gas that can irritate the lungs*.
Ideal for tightly sealed homes, Lennox® whole-home Healthy Climate® ventilations systems replace stale indoor air with clean outdoor air, making your home feel fresher and less stuffy. Better than opening a window, which can let allergens and bugs into your home, a Healthy Climate ventilation system allows you to easily and efficiently control the amount of fresh air coming into your home. Well-suited for colder climates and dry or desert-like areas, the Healthy Climate Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) harnesses heat from inside your home and transfers it to the incoming fresh air. This heat recovery process enhances your comfort and helps control wintertime condensation, which can damage windows, insulation and furniture. Ideal for warmer and more humid climates with mild winters, the Healthy Climate Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) transfers moisture and heat from incoming fresh air to the outgoing airstream. In fact, it can remove nearly half of the moisture from the incoming air, helping to keep your home cool and dry. Unlike some indoor air quality systems on the market, both the HRV and ERV systems freshen the air without producing ozone, a known lung irritant.
